For the youngest
At Creative Fitness Ibiza, we are interested in keeping young people active. That’s why from the age of 13, they can join our pilates classes and from the age of 16, they can join our functional trainings. Always taking into account their physical capacity and the fact that they are still growing, we adapt the exercises that are necessary.
